GET MY DRIVER'S LICENSE

All new residents of Thomas County should get a valid GEORGIA driver's license as soon as possible. You can get a GA driver's license or renew your driver's license at the local driver's license service center located at 4800 U.S. Hwy 84 Bypass, Thomasville. Hours are TUESDAY through SATURDAY, 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

GET MY VEHICLE REGISTERED

You should register your vehicle(s) within 30 days of moving to Thomas County. This can be done through the Tax Commissioner's Office (tag office) located at in downtown Thomasville at 101 S. Broad Street.CLICK HERE to learn more about how to register your vehicle.

GET THE KIDS IN SCHOOL

To get the kids enrolled in school as soon as possible, a list of county public schools, city public schools, and private schools is provided. Each school system has their own criteria for student enrollment. You can contact the local office of the superintendent of the school district you are in to get specific information on enrollment and programs offered.
